GoPro HERO3 Black Surf Edition

GoPro HERO3: Black Edition (Camera) i have a gopro2 no wifi works great, purchased a gopro 3 black = junk stops every 30 seconds then works again downloaded & install latest software from gopro now it stops every 15 seconds then continues stopping every 10 to 15 seconds what happened i thought the down load of the latest software was to fix it made worst !! these companies have a lot of nerve putting non-working products on the market, wheres r consumer protection ? whaen will the class action law suits start ?
