Acer G236HL Bbd 23 Inch LCD Lit

Acer G236HL Bbd 23-Inch Screen LCD-Lit Monitor (Personal Computers) I bought this since it was the cheapest and the image has a washed out look. Black doesnt seem very black. I turned the brightness down alot and still at regular viewing angles I get parts still washed out.
