Pearl Izumi Men's Pro Barrier Leg Warmer (Sports) The material is water and weather proof. My only problem is the size. I am 6'2 and 185 pounds and XL does not fit at all. I'm going to give them to a female friend who is 5'2 and they fit her. I won't even order a larger size.
