NEOGEO Mega Pack Not Machine Specific

NEOGEO X Mega Pack Vol 1 (Video Game) no firmware update. can't play the games.

firmware 370 and no luck updating. just a blank screen and blue and red blinking pilot lights.

emailed them, no reply either. soooo frustrating...
