Rasta Imposta Lightweight Penguin Costume (Toy) Decent quality for the price, can't go wrong with this, Yes the feet strap doesn't seem the best and it looks like it will break easy but I still would recommend the costume. Good for all sizes of adults as it is meant to be big. The head is a little big but nothing you can't sort out with some stuffing.
