Tommy Hilfiger Womens Quilted Jacket

Tommy Hilfiger Women's Quilted Barn Jacket (Apparel) I have had a few clothes by Tommy earlier and i liked those, but this one doesnt even come close to those by quality.

When you're looking at it from the distance, it is totally ok and looks as expected; but when I tried to put it on, one of the hood handles teared off immediately. I started inspecting it closer, and found that all the seams look like somebody tried to make it several times and succeeded at third try, there are rows of needle holes near to each seam. Also there are some thread excesses that are looking out from all the seams.

I dont know why it is so; if not the build quality, i would be totally satisfied with the look and fit, but it is looking like the build from chinese market, not what i'd expect from Tommy based on my prior experience.
