Kindle Fire HDX 7", HDX Display, Wi-Fi, 32 GB - Includes Special Offers (Electronics) I purchased the new Kindle Fire HDX because my first generation fire was getting a little old and the battery wasn't lasting very long between charges. Although I must say the resolution of the HDX is much better than my old fire, the battery life is not very good. I can't even get a full day out of one charge. Also, I fully charged the battery one night and the next morning it had lost 30% of it's charge. Not real happy with this upgrade and wished I would have looked at the Nexus 7.
