NEEWER® CN-160 160PCS LED Dimmable Ultra High Power Panel Digital Camera / Camcorder Video Light, LED Light for Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Panasonic, SONY, Samsung and Olympus Digital SLR Cameras (Camera) I was disappointed when I bumped my rig over on the floor a little hard and the hotshoe mount broke. I hate, hate, hate the plastic hotshoes for this reason. Am working on some gerry-rigging to put a new shoe in place.

Aside from that (entirely my fault) -- the light works great... I like the easy to adjust brightness / intensity knob and battery status indicator.

Main gripe - the battery cover on the rear is open and the unit is designed to accept several different battery models in addition to 6x AA batteries. So I like the flexibility for sure -- but the open back really makes the unit look cheaply made.

But hey... it's cheap :-)
