Columbia Women's Summit Rush Full Zip Jacket (Apparel) We purchased this jacket as a gift for my DIL. She loves Columbia jackets, and as with her other fleece Columbias, the Summit Rush fits her very well. She likes the length of the sleeves as well as the fit on the hips. She likes to wear her jackets form fitting because the material is somewhat flexible. I like the tape piping along the neck, zipper, and around the bottom that adds a bit of a visual accent to the black. She has not mentioned anything about its ability to resist wind or rain, but I do not believe she asked for it for those reasons. She considers it a cool weather jacket to wear anywhere.
