I downloaded several manuals and read them prior to ordering, I do this with the items I'm looking at to facilitate choosing and inevitably lessen the learning curve when I receive it.

This camera is more point and shoot than is apparent, and this should be kept in mind or you will surely be disappointed. To get the most out of this camera (or anything), a body needs to read the manual, (RTFM).
