I had been used to using an M4 and didn't have too much trouble but thought that grip might be nice so I ordered this one.

It came in and is extremely well made -- extremely well machined and finished. I put it in my camera and it helps some. I would prefer it if were about an inch longer. It could just be the way my hand fits the overall camera but my thumb would be a little more comfortable if it were less canted and more vertical. I'll take the camera out this weekend for an extended test and update this if my opinion changes with some field experience. Overall I think it will be a nice addition to my X-Pro1 kit.
