Rubie's Costume Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Michelangelo Romper Shell and Headpiece (Apparel) What makes this costume is the hat, but it's way too small. My 2 year old has an average head shape (50th percentile), so I was disappointed when it didn't fit. Will have to paint the mask instead
