Totes Clear Bubble Umbrella

Totes Clear Bubble Umbrella (Apparel) I grew up in Eugene Oregon where it rains, and rains, and rains, ad infinitum. Perhaps not as much any more with all the weather pattern changes. But it can (and does) rain there for 21 days without stopping, day and night.
I remember seeing this umbrella up in the Pacific Northwest years ago. I don't know who invented it but GOD BLESS THEM!! I always wanted one and didn't know TOTES had them on Amazon!
The clear plastic is thick, durable, and I can't imagine it turning inside out in the wind (as I've read others have reported...). The handle works as a handle should. NO COMPLAINTS.
Well, this umbrella showed up THEE day before some recent torrential rains hit the Denver area.
It wins with flying colors. Take it from someone who has #webbed# feet. BUY THIS if you like walking in the rain. GO DUCKS (Univ. of Oregon football team)!!!
