Battlefield 4 Windows select Pc

Battlefield 4 - Windows (select) (CD-ROM) When I was growing up I was introduced to the genre known as first person shooter. From fighting demons in the depths of space to liberating france from the germans there are tons of shooters to choose from. Battlefield 3 was one of the most advanced modern shooters that had a strong single player and robust multiplayer modes. Now EA is coming out with the next installment simply called Battlefield 4 but should you be running towards or away from this engagement?

In single player you will step into the shoes of Sgt Daniel Recker part of an elite group called "Tombstone". The game takes place in 2020 six years after the events of Battlefield 3. Your team is searching for a rogue Chinese general and missions will be taking place all over the world. Tombstone will be traveling to North America, Azerbaijan and China to name a few taking part in elite missions. The frostbite engine makes a triumphant return as the visuals of the game are absolutely stunning. Using the Frostbite 3 engine this will feature destructible elements on the battlefield as players will be able to make their own path. And we are not talking about just blowing holes in walls either. Giant buildings and structures can be levelled and when they fall they kick up dust and smoke which challenges players to adapt and survive.

Multiplayer is where Battlefield 4 excels as there are seven multiplayer modes to choose from. From the traditional game modes like Conquest and Domination to some of the newer modes like Defuse. In Defuse each of your squad has only one life and whoever eliminates the squad wins the round. There is also a mode called Obliteration which is similar to the bomb levels in counterstrike. Team deathmatch, Rush and Squad deathmatch are the rest of the multiplayer modes that Battlefield 4 has to offer.

One of the newest features of Battlefield 4 is something that hasn't been seen since Battlefield 2142. The commander mode allows one of the players to coordinate with the forces on the ground. You can monitor how your forces are doing on the ground and send assets that can turn the tide of battle. From being able to send in a gunship to coordinating missile strikes against targets the commander is an essential role to winning engagements.

If you want to pick up the definitive first person shooter then you need to go out and get this game. For more information about this game go to http://www.battlefield.com/battlefield-4/ and get ready to enter the fight!
