Healthy You!: 14 Days to Quick and Permanent Weight Loss and a Healthier, Happier You (Paperback) This book made weight loss and nutrition accessible for the real woman. It was refreshingly practical in that it offered advice that I could actually implement in to my busy daily routine. Her approach is holistic, focusing not only on diet but sleep and stress as well. While Dawna does offer solutions for dropping pounds, there is so much more to it. She is offering advice for changing the way you feel. For me, it was less about the pounds and more about the fact that I truly FEEL healthier and happier.
