This is a pretty small loom that comes in a big giant box. If you're looking for something that's in a big box, then this would be a good big box gift. They really could have packaged it using about one fifth of the box size, but they didn't.

There are a lot of beads, but with the big giant box, it makes it look pretty empty.

The box is made out of cheap plastic. My box arrived with a few cracks on the inside plastic. The beads aren't the highest quality plastic either. A lot of the beads are broken, and a lot of them have the injection molding leftovers on them, so you'll be either throwing a lot of the beads away, or making really poor looking bracelets.

If this didn't have the Ravensburger name on it, I probably would have given it more stars, but this is the junkiest thing from Ravensburger that I've ever seen. I'm used to higher quality from Ravensburger.

This loom does make fun bracelets, even though the instructions are so confusing that an adult will have to read through them a few times, and will have to teach the child how to use this. But, that might be the point, that you have to do the bracelet together.

+Pretty good for a loom
+Has everything that you need to make a bracelet

Cons:
-Doesn't need the huge box that it comes in
-Doesn't live up to the Ravensburger quality
-Instructions are confusing
-Has a very low quality pair of scissors
-Advertises for ages 6 and up, but you probably need an adult helping until 12 and up
