Carrera Go Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Boost Race Set (Toy) Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program (What's this?) I was excited to dive right in and get set up only to realize that the set up was to take about 45 minutes.

The instructions are graphics only and requires a bit of creativity to figure out how the small connectors connect to the slots under the tracks.

The cars have replaceable steel threads about 1/4# wide by 1/16# think. They are tightened in place. The two ends of each steel thread contact metal runners in the track to receive the charge. These connections don't stay on the track easily. The cars will lose that contact with just the slightest bit of cornering.

The overall impact at our house was general disappointment. My children wanted to help set it up but were overwhelmed by the force required to connect the tracks. They were also frustrated by the extremely long wires which only served to detract and interfere with the play space.

Except for the metal threads on the bottom of the cars and the flimsy stands used to elevate portions of the track, I gave this set a 3 out of 5 because of how sturdy the tracks are once put together.
