This ferry boat comes with two cars, one red and the other yellow, and actually floats in the bathtub. The boat has a retractable loading ramp, rope cleats, port holes, and passenger benches. Thus, my grandchildren are using this toy not just for fun, but also to learn about ferry boats. While the box states that it is for ages of "3+" I do not see any reason why a 2 year old could not use this toy also - there are no small pieces or sharp edges. Highly recommended.
